Sales & Business Development Specialist

About the role

Norm Fasteners, a leading fasteners manufacturer, is expanding its footprint in the Moroccan automotive market. We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our team in Tangier, where you will drive new business and deepen relationships with OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities with OEM and Tier‑1 customers based on market analysis and strategic priorities.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, production volumes and new vehicle programs, and produce regular analysis reports.
• Prepare commercial quotations, coordinate pricing with headquarters, and manage the annual sales budget for the Morocco operation.
• Forecast monthly sales, track order projections and monitor customer receivables, supporting collection activities.
• Present Norm Fasteners’ product portfolio and technical solutions to customers and report competitor pricing insights to headquarters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of sales and business development experience in the automotive sector, preferably with OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Tangier, Morocco.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, specifically ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
