Sales Development Representative – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing automotive services startup in Dallas. As the first point of contact for car owners, you will help them discover premium upgrades, maintenance, and styling solutions while building a pipeline of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospects interested in performance upgrades, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and custom wraps.
• Engage customers across the e‑commerce store, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and vehicle goals.
• Maintain a clean CRM pipeline to ensure every lead is tracked and followed up.
• Support the sales process with a focus on high closure rates.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to match client availability.

Required profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive maintenance.
• Native‑level English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Availability to work CST hours with flexibility for after‑work and weekend shifts.
• High coachability and a “hunter” mentality focused on meeting targets.
