About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing automotive services startup in Dallas. As the first point of contact for car owners, you will help them discover premium upgrades, maintenance, and styling solutions while building a pipeline of qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospects interested in performance upgrades, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and custom wraps.
- Engage customers across the e‑commerce store, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and vehicle goals.
- Maintain a clean CRM pipeline to ensure every lead is tracked and followed up.
- Support the sales process with a focus on high closure rates.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to match client availability.
Required profile
- Strong foundational knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive maintenance.
- Native‑level English with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Availability to work CST hours with flexibility for after‑work and weekend shifts.
- High coachability and a “hunter” mentality focused on meeting targets.

- CRM usage for lead management.
