Sales Development Representative – French & Spanish Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing, trilingual Sales Development Representative to drive growth in French‑ and Spanish‑speaking markets. This remote‑first position is with a fast‑growing sales acceleration partner that supports B2B SaaS, MarTech and FinTech brands across the UK, Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting with a baseline of 50 calls per day.
• Target and qualify new business opportunities across French and Spanish territories.
• Consistently deliver at least 10 qualified outbound opportunities each month.
• Document all activity in Salesforce to maintain data integrity and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates for specific geographic markets.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to master the company’s sales methodology.

Required profile

• Fluency in French, Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development professional.
• Proven track record of meeting outbound activity and meeting‑set targets.
• Ability to work within the UK (GMT) timezone.
• Highly coachable, curious and determined with an affable communication style.
