Sales Development Specialist

About the role

The Sales Development Specialist will drive commercial and marketing initiatives to retain existing contracts and generate new revenue for CEVA Logistics in Morocco. The role focuses on prospecting, presenting air and ocean transport solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and retain existing accounts.
• Present and sell air and ocean freight solutions.
• Prepare commercial offers, presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure operational compliance with contracts and company standards.
• Manage client feedback, complaints and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate onboarding of new customers and align internal teams.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence to support strategy.
• Analyze sales results, identify trends and advise management.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales data.
• Implement department policies and ensure procedural compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in business, marketing, logistics, transport or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the Moroccan market.
• Proven track record in lead conversion, account management and contract negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of international sea and air freight and experience with freight forwarders or shipping lines.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
