Sales Enablement Intern

About the role

Refram, an AI company focused on agentic automation and business workflow simplification, is hiring a full-time remote Sales Enablement Intern. The intern supports the design, operation and continuous improvement of the company's AI-enabled sales engine, building the systems that generate pipeline rather than closing deals directly. The role spans sales operations, advanced tooling (Apollo, AI agents with MCP-style integrations), ICP/persona targeting and community-based outreach. It is open to students finishing their studies or recent graduates, and leads to permanent roles afterwards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Apollo and related tools for prospect search, list building, ICP filtering and data enrichment, and integrate them with the CRM
• Help build AI assistants and MCP-style workflows that connect CRM, Apollo, web data and internal systems
• Define and refine ICPs and personas, turning them into filters, saved searches and AI prompts
• Map high-value digital communities (Slack/Discord channels, forums, newsletters, events) and design intent-driven, value-first outreach plays
• Design non-linear, AI-driven outreach workflows and run experiments on messaging and cadence
• Maintain a sales asset library (templates, scripts, decks, case studies) and adapt it for AI content centers
• Monitor data quality and sync between Apollo and the CRM, proposing automation or fixes

Required profile

• About to finish studies or recently graduated, seeking an end-of-studies or job-market insertion internship
• Remote work with consistency, discipline and personal accountability
• Comfortable combining operations with automation, process design and continuous improvement
