Sales & Integrations Engineer (Remote – Morocco)

About the role

Keycafe is seeking a Sales & Integrations Engineer who is passionate about automation, APIs, and building seamless software integrations. You will develop, manage, and scale integrations between our platform and third‑party applications while working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using automation platforms such as n8n, Pipedream, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with product and industry teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored automation solutions.
• Optimize and scale integrations for performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Stay current with emerging automation technologies and adapt workflows as needed.
• Identify new integration opportunities and share best practices with stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary French‑speaking contact for integration customers across Europe.

Required profile

• Proven experience with API integrations and automation workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for building custom integrations.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Pipedream, Zapier, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
• Excellent documentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Based in Morocco.
