Sales Management Manager

About the role

The Sales Management Manager defines and executes commercial strategies that align with CEVA’s Group objectives, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer portfolio across multiple logistics business units. This role also supports the sales team in generating new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial and business development strategies across CEVA’s logistics business units to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
• Lead customer acquisition, retention and growth for key accounts, managing negotiations, major tenders and proposals while ensuring profitable relationships.
• Coach and develop the sales team, monitor performance, and drive a high‑performance culture aligned with the Group’s objectives.
• Collaborate with product, operations and marketing teams to align commercial priorities, improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Manage commercial budgets, monitor market trends, and provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business, logistics, transportation, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in business development or commercial leadership, preferably within the transportation and logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan market and of air, ocean and logistics solutions, including commercial and international trade law.
• Proven project‑ and change‑management capabilities and ability to travel regularly within CEVA’s operational area.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CRM systems for pipeline management, opportunity tracking and sales forecasting.
