Sales Manager - B2B Travel

About the role

The Sales Manager - B2B is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with sub-agents. The role promotes and sells travel products and services through the Cozmo B2B platform (Trav Trolley) and aims to deliver high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with sub-agents and drive sales of travel services through the Cozmo B2B platform to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, stay updated on travel products, services and industry trends, and resolve client issues promptly.
• Prepare sales reports, analyse performance metrics and forecast future sales.
• Expand the network of sub-agents and use networking and market research to find potential clients; meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor booking trends from sub-agents to spot optimisation opportunities and keep detailed client records in the CRM system.
• Conduct market research on competitors, uphold the company's brand values and implement best practices in sales processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Associate degree (Bac+2).
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B travel sales in the Dubai market, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Fluency in English and a basic understanding of Arabic and French; willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong network within B2B travel and a passion for travel.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo and familiarity with airline booking portals.
• MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Understanding of travel technology and GDS systems.
