Sales & Marketing Intern

About the role

ReserNova, a Moroccan tech startup focused on smart booking solutions for beauty and wellness businesses, is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern based in Marrakech. The role is remote but requires the intern to be located in Marrakech and to work full‑time for at least four months.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect beauty salons, spas, and wellness businesses in Marrakech, contact potential clients, and arrange product demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects, help convert leads into paying customers, and build relationships with business owners.
• Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, produce engaging social‑media content, and support promotional activities.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs; track sales activities, marketing performance, and customer acquisition results.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and technology.
• Proactive, organized, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Moroccan Darija and French; English is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Based in Marrakech; no extensive professional experience required.
