About the role
The Sales Operations Associate supports daily operational tasks in a global environment, focusing on order processing, backlog management, and cross‑functional collaboration. The role ensures customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders, verify purchase order accuracy, and resolve discrepancies throughout the ERP lifecycle.
- Maintain and control the open backlog of orders from entry through production, delivery, and invoicing.
- Respond to order status inquiries and address customer order difficulties.
- Collaborate with account managers, supply chain, integration facilities, RMA, and other internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or customer service, preferably in a product‑based industry.
- High level of written and oral English.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
