Sales Operations Associate – English Speaker

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (Arrow ECS) is seeking an English‑speaking Sales Operations Associate to provide day‑to‑day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts, primarily through indirect sales channels. The role acts as a bridge between internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process routine and smaller customer orders accurately, reviewing purchase orders for pricing, specifications, freight terms, and other requirements.
• Enter sales orders into the Arrow ERP system and collaborate with shared services to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain and monitor the open backlog of orders, service requests, and RMAs from entry through billing.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status, RMA confirmations, invoices, credit, and shipping.
• Document product returns or maintenance cancellations in the Oracle ERP system and make acceptance decisions based on guidelines.
• Research and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies related to price, quantity, freight, and tax codes.
• Support quote activities in line with customer‑specific strategies and order‑management processes.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency on behalf of customers.
• Ability to act as a liaison among field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing, purchasing, and other corporate departments.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (Arrow ERP, Oracle ERP).
