Sales Representative – Key Account Management

About the role

Join FRAENKISCHE INDUSTRIAL PIPES MAROC as a Sales Representative based in Bouskoura. You will act as the primary commercial liaison for a portfolio of global key accounts, linking local operations with the German parent company to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned global key accounts.
• Present product portfolio, align customer requirements with technical teams in Morocco and Germany, and coordinate sample and tooling invoicing.
• Prepare complex price calculations, quotations, and tailored commercial offers in line with group guidelines.
• Lead on‑site sales discussions, negotiate prices, and follow up on quotations until closure.
• Conduct commercial pre‑review of contracts, monitor account KPIs, and analyse ERP data to initiate corrective actions.

Required profile

• Completed 3‑year commercial vocational training or a comparable Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, International Trade, or Engineering with a commercial focus.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B/industrial sales or key‑account experience.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and autonomous working style.
• Fluent English (mandatory); French and Arabic are assets, German a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
