Sales Specialist – Casablanca

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing international immigration consulting firm in Casablanca. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through immigration options and helping the company expand its client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital prospecting and events.
• Conduct initial consultations to assess client needs and eligibility for immigration programs.
• Provide professional guidance throughout the sales cycle and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports.
• Represent the company at public events, exhibitions, seminars and information sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer‑facing roles.
• Previous experience in consulting, immigration services, financial services or similar industries is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; English proficiency is a strong asset.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software.
