Sales Specialist

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, is looking for a Sales Specialist to join its Casablanca team. You will support the sales process for IT solutions by preparing accurate quotes, managing orders, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and enter detailed price offers into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and correct orders to maintain streamlined processes.
• Communicate promptly with product managers, vendors, and customers via email or phone.
• Create quotes for clients based on vendor proposals or client requests.
• Coordinate with the Italian team that manages assigned brands and with the inside‑sales team in Casablanca.
• Utilise company tools such as Salesforce, AX, Outlook, and ARM for daily activities.
• Participate in IT training programs to continuously develop professional knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2/C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to handle offers and orders meticulously.
• Proactive, enthusiastic learner eager to acquire new skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams in Italy and Casablanca.
• Knowledge of Italian is required.
