Sales Specialist – Stainless Steel Products

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join Krogman Metals BV in Casablanca. The role focuses on promoting and selling stainless steel long and flat products to B2B customers across multiple market sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of existing and new customers, generating leads and qualifying prospects.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings and site visits, prepare quotations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, provide feedback on pricing and product positioning, and support the commercial team in achieving sales targets.
• Participate in trade fairs and deliver product training to customers when required.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in metals, industrial products or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, negotiate and close deals.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Casablanca and travel to customer locations.
• Professional proficiency in English; French or Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for opportunity tracking and reporting.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
