Sales Specialist - Travel Tech Solutions

About the role

PERMITPATH SARL, a Moroccan technology company developing digital solutions for the travel and tourism industry, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist in the Prefecture of Salé. The Sales Specialist identifies and qualifies prospects, presents the company's digital solutions to tourism businesses and manages the full sales cycle from first contact to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate terms and maintain accurate records in the sales system.
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide post-sale support with the customer service and technical teams.
• Gather client feedback to help improve offerings.
• Work with management to meet sales targets and contribute to market development initiatives.
• Take part in training sessions and industry events as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales and sales management experience, including prospecting, pipeline management and revenue targets.
• Experience in training activities, such as onboarding new clients and guiding users on system features.
• Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry, especially tour operators and travel agencies, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work with technical and operations teams in a fast-changing, technology-driven environment.
• Solid organization and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Relevant education in business, sales, marketing, tourism management or a related field is preferred.

• Comfort with cloud-based platforms.
