About the role

SOURCELIYA EXPRESS is looking for a full-time, on-site Salesperson based in Casablanca. The Salesperson engages directly with customers, presents products and services, answers questions and provides accurate information to support purchasing decisions. The company describes itself as a growing organisation serving customers in Casablanca and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Prepare price quotations and process orders
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and prospect new ones
• Follow up on leads to meet individual and team sales targets
• Update customer records and report on sales activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service and smooth operations

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales, business or related fields is an advantage
• Professional, reliable and ethical conduct, with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback

Required skills

• Basic sales techniques: prospecting, negotiation and closing
• Clear verbal and written communication and active listening
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer tools such as email, spreadsheets and customer databases
