Security & ERP Lead

About the role

The Security & ERP Lead acts as the primary point of contact for security issues, investigations and system management, ensuring compliance with Air Arabia's Security Manual and international aviation security regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily department activities, manage correspondence, and prepare reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Conduct internal and external security audits, inspections, risk assessments for all destinations, and follow up on findings to implement corrective actions.
• Perform regular security tests on board aircraft and monitor compliance with national and international aviation security legislation.
• Support the development, update and publication of security policies, procedures and the Air Operator Security Program.
• Organise training and awareness programmes for employees and provide administrative support for airport passes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Aviation or equivalent with at least 3 years of aviation industry experience, including 1 year in aviation security.
• Strong knowledge of DAC, CAA and international security regulations, and experience with audits and investigations.
• Excellent report‑writing ability, high accuracy, attention to detail and the capacity to handle emergency situations.
