About the role
The Segment Leader will oversee production and quality processes in the automotive sector, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on KPIs, optimizing production processes.
- Plan production schedules and manage resources, adjusting capacity based on demand.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with maintenance, quality and other departments.
- Handle material, workforce or equipment shortages and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain workplace safety while driving process improvements.
Required profile
- BAC+5 or equivalent in industrial engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in automotive production or quality.
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting and interaction.
