Senior AI Engineer – AI Systems

About the role

Mindera is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to own and evolve the core of its AI accelerator platform. You will be responsible for building reliable, reusable, and observable agentic systems that enable delivery teams to trust outputs from non‑deterministic models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the reusable accelerator core and multi‑agent workflows.
• Develop coding, planning, review, and testing agents with tool‑calling and human‑in‑the‑loop capabilities.
• Build and operate evaluation pipelines and telemetry to measure quality and surface regressions.
• Ensure reliability, cost control, and observability of agentic systems in production.
• Collaborate with data experts to create verification infrastructure using cloud data platforms and SQL.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of professional experience in AI engineering and software development.
• Hands‑on experience deploying customer‑facing applications, including DevOps, front‑end and back‑end components.
• Proven track record building production‑grade, scalable, and responsive AI applications.
• Deep expertise in LLM application engineering, prompt design, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, and vector stores using Anthropic and OpenAI APIs.
• Evaluation‑driven development mindset and experience with end‑to‑end agentic systems.
