Senior ARC Consultant - Remote Morocco

About the role

DXC Luxoft is hiring a Senior ARC Consultant to lead and implement Teciem (ex Finastra) Risk Management, including extensions to new products and features, for both internal projects and client engagements. The position is remote and based in Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and discuss business requirements on ALM, FTP, IRRBB, BASEL CR, OR, MR, BASEL liquidity risk, SAMA, EBA guidelines and IFRS9, and regulatory reporting
• Configure Fusion Risk ARC to fit the requirements
• Validate requirements with business experts
• Prepare functional specifications and use cases
• Take part in system configuration, coordinate user testing and support testing
• Identify problems and resolve project dependencies

Required profile

• Proven experience in ALM (Asset and Liability Management), BSM, BASEL and regulatory compliance
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant working experience and business knowledge of ALM, FTP, IRRBB, BASEL credit risk, operational risk, market risk, liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR) and IFRS9
• Finastra ARC or similar regulatory technology experience (e.g. Moody's, FIS, OFSAA)
• Strong understanding of trading and banking book products
• Business and systems analysis experience or banking regulatory risk experience
• Nice to have: strong client handling and data analysis skills, English at B2 upper-intermediate level

• Vendor-specific software: Market Risk, Credit Risk, IFRS 9, Liquidity Risk, IRRBB, FTP
• Nice to have: SQL proficiency; knowledge of BASEL, EBA and SAMA regulations
