Senior Associate – Project Finance & Transaction Delivery

About the role

The Senior Associate will support transaction delivery and project management for infrastructure and project finance assignments. Working under the guidance of a team lead, the role involves close interaction with client teams, off‑takers, lenders and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with transaction teams to support on‑ground project development and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Develop understanding of commercial and contractual implications of project financing contracts.
• Analyse business drivers, build and test complex financial models, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare reports, memoranda, summaries and presentations for clients.
• Engage with client teams to capture changing needs and support solution design.
• Conduct sector and competitor research to generate business‑development opportunities and assist in proposal preparation.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in international banks, developers, investors, funds or financial advisory firms.
• Interest or experience in infrastructure/project finance.

Required skills

• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in building and working with financial models.
• Basic understanding of Public‑Private Partnerships (PPP).
• Attention to detail and ability to work in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.
