Senior Capacity Strengthening Advisor

About the role

Spark is seeking a Senior Capacity Strengthening Advisor to support the inception phase of a programme that aims to boost women’s entrepreneurship in Morocco and Tunisia. The role is home‑based with regular travel to the two countries and focuses on building institutional and entrepreneurial capacities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on capacity‑strengthening strategies for women‑led enterprises.
• Design and deliver training modules and workshops for local partners.
• Support the selection and onboarding of programme participants.
• Collaborate with Spark’s programme team to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Travel to Morocco and Tunisia to conduct field assessments and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in capacity building and entrepreneurship development.
• Proven track record working in North‑African contexts, especially Morocco or Tunisia.
• Strong understanding of gender‑focused economic empowerment.
