Senior Consultant Integrated Health Solutions

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Consultant for Integrated Health Solutions to work with hospitals and payers across Morocco. The consultant will analyze client challenges, design high‑value services, and help improve quality, productivity, and patient and staff experience. The role combines on‑site client interaction with remote project work and involves extensive travel within Morocco and occasional trips across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop solid, long‑lasting relationships with client teams and understand their cultural context.
• Work independently on workstreams or smaller consulting projects with limited supervision.
• Craft clear communications for diverse audiences and present findings logically.
• Manage issues autonomously, escalating to senior colleagues when needed.
• Coach Medtronic and client team members, providing and receiving feedback.
• Identify and build new services and solutions that improve outcomes and reduce care costs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health or a related field (international education is a plus).
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English highly desirable.
• 3‑5 years of experience in consulting firms or healthcare advisory roles, preferably with exposure to Moroccan or MENA hospitals and clinics.
• Proven experience working with hospital leadership such as medical directors, chief physicians, and department heads.
