Pricing Associate

About the role

The Pricing Associate supports and executes pricing activities across the product lifecycle while also acting as the Patient Support Program (PSP) Owner. The role ensures pricing consistency, financial discipline, and patient access, maintaining compliance with internal standards, local regulations, and pharmacovigilance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support development, implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies aligned with market access and affiliate objectives.
• Prepare and maintain pricing analyses, business cases and documentation for launches, lifecycle management and pricing revisions.
• Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of prices in commercial and financial systems and support price change processes.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Finance, Legal and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Contribute to pricing governance reviews, audits and internal controls; monitor execution versus approved conditions.
• Maintain pricing database, ensure accuracy and support analytics and reimbursement submissions.
• Act as POP Owner for Patient Support Programs, overseeing design, governance, documentation, execution and monitoring.
• Ensure PSP activities comply with local laws, pharmacovigilance requirements and internal standards.
• Coordinate with POP Champion, PV Responsible, Legal, Compliance and Quality; manage external service providers.
• Oversee KPI review, deviation management, CAPAs and audit findings; support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business or related field.
• Experience in pricing, market access, value & access or finance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Exposure to Patient Support Programs governance is a strong asset.
• Good understanding of pricing governance, compliance and pharmacovigilance implications.
