Senior Consultant / Project Manager – Casablanca

About the role

Business Sweden is looking for a highly motivated Senior Consultant or Project Manager to join its Casablanca team, supporting Swedish companies across Northern and Western Africa. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate international growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams, manage client relationships and senior stakeholder dialogues.
• Shape and deliver strategic and operational assignments, ensuring practical, well‑grounded recommendations.
• Drive the full sales cycle from client outreach to proposal development and conversion.
• Coach junior colleagues and support collaboration with Team Sweden in various countries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, Political Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, business development, internationalisation, government affairs or trade and development.
• Proven sales experience and ability to manage full sales cycles independently.
• High proficiency in written and spoken French and English.
