Senior Contract Manager – Energy Transition

About the role

The Senior Contract Manager will support the delivery of complex industrial infrastructure projects within the Energy Transition sector, overseeing the full contract lifecycle from pre‑award negotiations to post‑award commercial management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual risk across major projects.
• Support contract negotiation, review, and change management activities.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Handle claims, compliance, insurance and payment‑related matters.
• Provide strategic contractual support to project delivery teams.

Required profile

• Strong contract management experience in industrial, infrastructure, EPC, energy or construction environments.
• Proficiency with FIDIC, NEC, IChemE or similar contract forms.
• Expertise in claims and change management.
• Ability to work within international, multi‑disciplinary project teams.
• Fluency in English and French.
