Senior Delivery Consultant

About the role

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into practical initiatives and ensure delivery of measurable, sustainable impact. The role involves leading key workstreams within large transformation programs, monitoring progress, and driving execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium‑sized transformation workstreams, combining problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on implementation.
• Monitor transformation progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, operational initiatives, and regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Gather, interpret, and present data and analyses to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
• 3+ years of consulting or business experience with a proven record of achievements; international experience is a plus.
• Experience in the Global Energy & Materials sector or a similar industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English and Arabic.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
