Senior Growth & Outbound Sales Manager – Morocco

About the role

Sremium Limited is expanding its B2B SaaS sales operations across the US and Europe and is launching an outbound sales hub in Marrakech. We are looking for a senior, hands‑on growth operator to build and execute our sales playbooks, run daily outreach campaigns, and eventually lead a team of Business Development Representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily warmed‑outreach loops (phone and email) using pre‑scraped target lists.
• Test and refine call scripts, document objections, and create repeatable sales training manuals.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage junior BDRs once the outbound engine is proven.
• Maintain CRM discipline and ensure accurate list management.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken); French and Arabic are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of direct outbound B2B sales experience, including cold calling and list management.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with modern MarTech and productivity tools.
• Highly autonomous, self‑reliant and motivated by commercial execution.
• Based in Morocco with legal right to work locally.
