About the role

The Senior HR Professional will lead the execution of critical HR processes, act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, and ensure consistent application of HR policies across the site.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development and workforce planning activities.
  • Advocate for and resolve employee issues, conduct internal investigations, corrective actions and coaching.
  • Build credible relationships with front‑line, mid‑level and senior leaders through trust, collaboration and effective communication.
  • Apply sound judgment to identify issues and prescribe HR solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partner, HR Operations Center and Centers of Excellence to deliver high‑impact HR solutions.
  • Conduct HR transactions such as orientation, leaves of absence, exit meetings and other employee lifecycle events.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes and self‑service tools, escalating to COEs when needed.
  • Participate in location events, departmental HR projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain concise documentation for procedures, work processes and reports.
  • Collect, analyze and present HR data through scorecards, dashboards and root‑cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

  • Strong judgment and ability to make decisions in complex, ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with leaders at all levels.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering high‑impact HR solutions.
  • Experience conducting investigations, corrective actions and coaching.
  • Ability to analyze data, create visual reports and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

  • In‑depth knowledge of HR processes (compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development).
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
