Senior Lead, Oracle Fusion HCM Strategy and Advisory

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Lead to provide strategic advisory on its Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The role acts as an internal consultant, ensuring the system design meets the specific needs of the organisation and its people, while balancing the guidance of external implementation partners.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the implementing partner, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams to review and validate Oracle Fusion HCM designs.
• Identify potential downstream impacts of proposed solutions and recommend alternatives that align with Save the Children’s operating model.
• Provide evidence‑based challenge and advice to project leadership to drive smarter decision‑making.
• Support member organisations during their Oracle Fusion HCM roll‑outs, bridging expertise gaps.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to ensure seamless integration with existing applications and systems.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in a complex, multi‑national environment.
• Strong background in HR processes and organisational change within the non‑profit or humanitarian sector.
• Proven ability to act as an independent advisor, balancing technical insight with business needs.
• Excellent communication skills to engage senior HR and technology leaders.
