Senior Legal Consultant – Corporate & Employment Law

About the role

Baker Tilly Morocco is expanding its Legal Department and seeks a Senior Legal Consultant to join the team in Casablanca. You will act as a trusted advisor for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, handling high‑value corporate and employment law matters from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documentation.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and employment law issues.
• Prepare and update corporate documents such as incorporations, amendments, restructurings, and transformations.
• Handle legal formalities with tax authorities, commercial courts, land registry, and other relevant bodies.
• Ensure ongoing legal follow‑up of client portfolios and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal and case‑law research and produce monthly legal updates.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory practice with strong exposure to corporate law.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• High sense of confidentiality, rigor, and professionalism.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and adaptability.
