Senior Manager, Global Change

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Change to lead the design and deployment of change initiatives across its worldwide network of country offices and member organisations. The role will shape how new processes, technologies and governance structures are adopted to enhance the organisation’s ability to deliver impact for children.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder matrices, communication strategies and impact assessments.
• Analyse the implications of new solutions on people, processes, data, technology, policy and global legal requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, regional change managers and external partners to align change activities with broader transformation programmes.
• Monitor progress against change plans, identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the embedding of new ways of working at both global and local levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale change programmes within complex, multi‑national organisations.
• Strong understanding of organisational design, process re‑engineering and technology adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Flexibility to be redeployed across different projects as priorities evolve.
