Senior Manager, Real Estate Development

About the role

A Senior Manager, Real Estate Development is sought to lead the full cycle of high-impact real estate projects, from land acquisition through to project handover. The position is based in Rabat or Tangier.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and execute development strategies aligned with the company's investment vision.
• Lead assigned development projects to maximise profitability while maintaining design excellence.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis and prepare business cases for new opportunities.
• Translate concepts into commercially viable real estate products.
• Oversee planning, master scheduling and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare development briefs, budgets and consultant scopes of work.
• Monitor project performance (costs, timelines, compliance) and implement corrective actions.
• Manage interfaces between design, construction, finance, marketing and legal teams.
• Lead and develop a team of development professionals.
• Maintain market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or a related discipline.
• MBA or a Master's in Architecture, Finance or Economics is a plus.
• 8-12 years in real estate development management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end development, from land acquisition to handover.
