About the role

Marriott International is seeking a Senior Nurse to join its health care team in Marrakech. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, monitoring health status, and supporting the wellbeing of guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries, assess symptoms, and determine appropriate assistance.
• Record patient information, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Administer medications, start intravenous fluids, and document dosages.
• Provide basic care such as wound dressing, muscle massage, and hot/cold applications.
• Deliver emergency treatment for injuries or illnesses and arrange further medical care when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Support a positive team environment and respond to employee health concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
