Senior Privacy & Compliance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Privacy & Compliance Officer to join our Information Security & Compliance team in Casablanca. Working closely with the Privacy & Compliance Manager, you will lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives across A2MAC1’s global data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead privacy and compliance activities across assigned domains and ensure operational excellence.
• Drive governance, risk and compliance initiatives from planning through execution.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, monitor remediation plans and ensure audit readiness.
• Conduct risk assessments and support compliance reviews for business activities.
• Respond to customer compliance questionnaires and security requests.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve security and compliance processes.
• Drive security awareness initiatives and monitor key compliance indicators.
• Produce governance reporting and escalate risks when appropriate.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in information security, privacy, risk or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) principles.
• Professional level of English.
• Experience working in an international, multi‑site environment.

Required skills

• ISO 27001 implementation and audit experience.
• Familiarity with data‑privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity standards such as TISAX and NIST.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructures and software development lifecycle.
• Risk‑assessment and audit‑coordination capabilities.
