Senior Product (UI/UX) Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, user‑centric web and mobile experiences for a multinational IT consulting and digital transformation firm. The role involves designing for both left‑to‑right (LTR) and right‑to‑left (RTL) layouts and collaborating with distributed teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle from research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and iteration.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems across multiple digital products.
• Translate complex product requirements into clean, functional, and engaging UI/UX solutions.
• Produce wireframes, user journeys, user flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate remotely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering and product design.
• Senior‑level expertise with a strong, user‑centric portfolio.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setup.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience owning, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
• Strong ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and user flows.
• Expertise in designing for both LTR and RTL layouts.
• Solid understanding of UX research, usability testing, accessible and inclusive design principles.
