Senior Project Manager – Global Public Sector Projects

About the role

TLScontact is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of key projects for public‑sector clients such as ministries, consulates and embassies worldwide. The role involves close monitoring of project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives together with all relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party partners to keep projects on track.
• Track progress, report results and raise alerts when necessary.
• Ensure resource availability, allocate tasks and manage budgets.
• Draft contracts, plans and specifications, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with teams across multiple regions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Willingness to travel frequently as required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and works with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
