About the role

Zawaya Perfumes, a niche fragrance house in the heart of Marrakech, is looking for a Senior Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional olfactory experience to its clientele. You will combine warm hospitality with deep product knowledge to drive boutique performance and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every client with elegance, embodying Zawaya’s brand values.
• Identify client needs and emotions to guide personalized fragrance discovery.
• Advise and sell perfumes and related products with expertise and passion.
• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build client loyalty through attentive follow‑up, thank‑you notes, and event invitations.
• Handle daily boutique operations, including cash handling, stock management, and restocking.
• Participate in brand events, workshops, and new collection launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in niche perfumery or luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance families and olfactory storytelling.
• Fluent in French and English; professional proficiency in Arabic.
• College degree holder with excellent grooming and refined presentation.
• Ability to build authentic, lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication, autonomy, and commercial awareness.
