Senior Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Tanger, Morocco. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive new business opportunities in the real‑estate market, guiding prospects from first contact through to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new client opportunities in the property sector.
• Conduct client meetings and property site visits, presenting tailored solutions.
• Prepare, negotiate and close proposals and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product development.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales or business‑development experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop sales strategies.
• Highly organised with solid time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Arabic are a plus.
• Integrity, professionalism and commitment to inclusive client interactions.
