About the role
We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our Casablanca office and support clients in strategic decision‑making and organizational transformation. You will work on a variety of projects that help businesses improve performance, adapt to market changes, and drive sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop corporate and group strategies for client organizations.
- Guide clients through transformation initiatives and change management.
- Conduct market studies and competitive analyses.
- Perform internal and external diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Enhance operational performance and optimize processes.
- Lead program and project management activities.
Required profile
- Higher education degree (General Engineer, Business School, or University).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, organization/management, corporate strategy, or business development.
- Proven ability to work with large enterprises and multinational subsidiaries.
