Senior Trucks Parts & Service Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Trucks Parts & Service Sales Representative will drive aftermarket sales growth, build strong customer relationships and promote parts and service solutions across the assigned territory. This role requires regular field visits, fleet inspections and close coordination with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for parts and after‑sales services within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships, conduct regular visits and prepare detailed reports.
• Perform fleet inspections, assess customer needs and recommend appropriate maintenance solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote parts, service programs, maintenance contracts and aftermarket solutions to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure parts availability, accurate pricing and efficient customer support.

Required profile

• University degree (Master level) in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in parts, service or aftermarket sales for trucks, heavy equipment or similar industries.
• Valid driving licence with willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.
• Flexibility to support emergencies, campaigns and other business needs.
