Serial Life Quality Manager

About the role

As a Serial Life Quality Manager at Stellantis, you will be responsible for ensuring that product quality targets are met throughout the serial life cycle of automotive and power‑train products. You will work in a global, cross‑functional environment, driving continuous improvement and supporting the handover of quality documentation from development to production.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the quality convergence plan in line with defined QUAL and PRSQ objectives.
• Monitor and analyse quality performance indicators such as failures, warranty data and KPIs at 3, 12, 24 and 60 months.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve top quality issues and manage crisis situations.
• Ensure proper handling of production non‑conformities together with plant quality teams.
• Conduct risk assessments, including safety alerts.
• Identify and lead quality improvement and modernisation initiatives.
• Leverage lessons learned to support continuous improvement and future projects.
• Support the handover of quality files from development to the serial life phase.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within an automotive or power‑train environment.
• Strong ability to manage complex, cross‑functional topics.
• Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
