Service Coordinator – Maritime Operations

About the role

Rudder Marine Services is looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to manage client and supplier communications and ensure smooth service delivery in Tangier, Morocco. The role requires strong organisational skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to optimise resources while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and suppliers.
• Coordinate and schedule services according to client requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage resources efficiently to optimise service delivery and control costs.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external meetings to discuss updates and resolve challenges.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar coordination role, preferably in the maritime sector.
• Excellent verbal and written English (minimum B2); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to prioritise tasks independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
