About the role
Yutong Bus is seeking a full‑time Service Engineer for its Morocco operations, based in Tangier. The role focuses on translation, customer communication, business coordination and after‑sales support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily Chinese‑French and Chinese‑Arabic oral interpretation and routine communication.
- Accompany customers during visits, participate in business communication and on‑site coordination.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships, coordinate after‑sales service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in Chinese, French and Arabic with strong interpretation skills.
- Experience in commercial vehicle/automotive after‑sales service, translation, business coordination or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Willingness to be based in Tangier and travel occasionally to Casablanca, Marrakech, etc.
- Strong communication, coordination, customer service awareness and teamwork spirit.
