Service Planner

About the role

As a Service Planner in the Compressor Technique Service Division, you will coordinate and plan service activities to ensure timely, high‑quality technical support for customers. You will work closely with technical teams, sales, and customers to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed service plans that optimize resource allocation and meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with technical teams and customers to schedule maintenance and repair work efficiently.
• Monitor service workflows, identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and generate reports for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with sales and technical departments to align service offerings with customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service planning or technical coordination, preferably in compressor or industrial service environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex service schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and customers.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using planning software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
