About the role

Key responsibilities
- Collect and document inspection and quality check data, analyze it to take corrective actions, and communicate process problems to management.
- Set up and operate machines and tools to start production, monitoring and adjusting machine settings as required.
- Assist supervisors in aligning resources, analyze critical performance metrics, and report to management.
- Ensure timelines are met throughout project phases, record production time and quantities, and provide guidance and training to newer team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot operational flow issues and adapt procedures, techniques, and materials to meet product specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- Completion of high school.
- Vocational training or an associate degree (AA) preferred.
