About the role
At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Operates common machine tools, identifies the specific working properties of materials and makes parts to close tolerances.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute specific runs, set up machines accordingly, and monitor workflow to assure quality while following procedures for equipment failures.
- Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators to enable efficient operation of manufacturing machines and ensure quality output.
- Conduct periodic inspections and tests to evaluate the condition of machine parts and share critical feedback with engineers and supervisors.
- Fix identified issues in manufacturing equipment, maintain machine activity logs, and document final product or output records.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of related work experience.
- Completion of high school; vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
