Setup Man – Molding Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Setup Man to join our molding production line. You will be responsible for preparing and operating machinery, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the team to meet production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding machines and related tools to initiate production runs.
• Monitor machine settings, adjust parameters as required, and document all changes.
• Collect, document, and analyze inspection and quality‑check data, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Identify process problem areas and communicate findings to management.
• Assist supervisors in aligning resources, track critical performance metrics, and report results.
• Maintain timelines, record production quantities, and train newer team members.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot operational flow issues and adapt procedures to meet product specifications.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High school diploma; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
