Social Media Manager

About the role

Founders Arm is looking for a Social Media Manager to own its content engine across LinkedIn, Facebook and growth funnels. This remote, full‑time position will focus on creating engaging copy, building authority and driving inbound interest.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content ideas and angles for LinkedIn that build authority and attract inbound interest.
• Manage Facebook and other social funnels end‑to‑end, including posting, engagement and optimisation.
• Write clear, punchy copy for posts, captions and campaigns.
• Transform company wins, data and stories into high‑performing content.
• Track performance across channels and double down on successful tactics.
• Collaborate with the founder and team to ensure consistent, on‑brand messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends and proactively propose new ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, scroll‑stopping copy.
• Creative idea generator capable of filling a content calendar independently.
• Quick learner who adapts to new tools, brands and angles.
• Excellent written English with a feel for tone and audience.
• Self‑directed, organized and comfortable owning outcomes.
• Willingness to commit for 12–24 months.
